managewith.us is a Collaborative Task Manager. Sharing a Task List is simple, just send someone your Task List's unique URL. You'll be able to see each user's updates in real-time, the second they happen.

Hasn't this been done before?
Not exactly. The market is flooded with great Task Managers, but mostly for personal use. There do exist other Collaborative Task Managers, but they either require a complicated sign-up process, aren't web-based, or have so much functionality they end up causing more frustration than they are worth!
